Making Changes and Feeling Good

Minimum of 6 students or teachers, maximum of 20

Duration: 2 hours

This program is designed for males and females of all ages including students and teachers. Through group discussion led by Sacha, questions such as, “What makes you happy? What makes you sad? What’s working well and what’s not going so well?” are talked about. Then she explores how to bring more of the stuff that’s going great in ones life and how to remove the bad stuff. A commitment is reached with the participants to bring easy changes into their lives within the next three days to a week. This is a very fun and entertaining process, yet can be very serious. Simple mapping techniques are used whilst using lots of big paper and coloured pencils.
